Cooking Instructions


Our directions: 

Melt one pound of butter, adding it to 3 quarts of Tap water. Then stir in one bag of BelJour Waffle Mix and That’s It!!  Cook on your favorite waffle iron or griddle til golden and crispy.

This batter is high yielding (a few ounces from tripling in weight) whereas most batter mixes you would be lucky to double the weight. This is partly due to our dual leavening system, which BEL JOUR Brand is the only one with this feature. 

Our Mix comes packed in 6/ 4.5 lbs. Bags to a case, totaling 27 lbs. for each case.

One Bag mix makes about 46 or more waffles, using a ½ cup of batter or 96g.

Shelf Life: Dry Mix is one year.

Refrigerated Batter: 5 Days

Room Temp 68’ Batter: 5 Hrs

Note: Do not refrigerate room temp batter or taste raw.
